Holiday Hours
ThinkWare Holiday hours - ThinkWare's office will be closed on Thursday and Friday November 27th and November 28th for the Thanksgiving Holiday. We will also be closed on Wednesday December 24th and Thursday December 25th in observance of the Christmas Holiday; and, on Thursday, January 1st in observance of the New Year Holiday.
As with all holidays, Emergency Support will be available via pager (513-598-3300) from the hours of 9 AM until 2 PM EST for Application Support and 7 AM until 2 PM EST for Technical and DarwiNet Support. There are options on our automated phone system that allow you to select Technical Support, Application Support, or DarwiNet Support according to your question. Our phone system will page an appropriate Representative and he/she will then call you back.
Note: E-mails received on a holiday will not be processed until the following business day.
ThinkWare will be closing at 5:00pm EST on Friday December 19th for our Annual Christmas Party. Again Emergency Support will be available during this time.
