Creating Tasks and Appointment using a Simple Workflow

The integration of Darwin and Microsoft CRM (and by extension Microsoft Outlook) allows users to easily create Tasks and Appointments.

Simple Workflow Creation

The Darwin Business System allows for the creation of simple and complex workflows by the end user - very little technical skills required.  This video shows how to create a simple email alert based on data changing for the employee record.

In this case, the employee State Address is changed, and the Tax department is alerted via email to verify if any other changes are needed.
